1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (Pakistan):

    • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days.

    • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number.


4. Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
