Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The seal must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are unable to make exceptions to this policy to ensure product integrity and customer safety.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • The item will be inspected upon receipt
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
